We provide shipping services across India and to our international locations in Saudi Arabia and Malaysia. Delivery times and shipping costs vary based on location and product type.

Due to the nature of tiles and stone products, special handling and packaging are required. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to receive the shipment.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping.

Due to the custom nature of tile and stone installations, and the specific measurements required for each project, we have a strict return policy. Please refer to our separate Refund Policy page for detailed information about returns, exchanges, and refunds.

All sales are considered final unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Claims for defective or damaged products must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

B K Enterprises shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of our website or the products offered, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
